Welcome Page (Demo User Guide)
The Welcome page is the public landing portal of the CompetenceIQ platform. It is intended for a user’s first introduction to the system and allows you to:
- complete a Self-Assessment of your professional IT knowledge, language proficiency, or knowledge in other professions;
- schedule and conduct a recruiter-led interview (P2P) supported by an AI assistant.
Registration is required to access the full functionality.
Main Page Elements
When you open the page, you see four interactive cards with different assessment types. When you hover over a card, it flips and shows a more detailed description.
IT Knowledge
Self-Assessment for evaluating professional competencies in the IT field.
This is an independent test where only the candidate and the system participate. You answer theoretical questions and complete practical tasks at a convenient time. The system automatically analyzes the answers using AI and generates a detailed report.
You receive a preliminary grade estimate, Junior, Middle, or Senior, along with a brief analysis of strengths and weaknesses. The report is sent to your email and is available for review.
Language Check
Self-Assessment for determining foreign language proficiency.
This is an independent test where only the candidate and the system participate. You answer questions orally, and AI evaluates pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar. The test can be taken at any convenient time.
You receive a proficiency level on the A1-C2 scale and recommendations for improvement. The report is sent to your email and is available for review.
Knowledge Check
Self-Assessment for evaluating knowledge in non-IT professions.
This is an independent test where only the candidate and the system participate. You answer questions in your professional field, and AI analyzes the completeness and accuracy of your answers. This format makes it possible to assess knowledge objectively and without unnecessary stress.
You receive a preliminary knowledge assessment and feedback based on the results. The report is sent to your email and is available for review.
Interview (P2P)
A full interview with a recruiter supported by AI.
In this format, two people participate: the recruiter, or the person conducting the interview, and the candidate, or the person answering the questions. The interview takes place in real time as a video meeting. The AI assistant helps the recruiter structure the conversation, analyzes its progress, and provides recommendations for evaluating the candidate’s competencies.
A detailed report with recommendations based on the interview results, including a video recording, transcript, and answer analysis, is sent to your email and is available for review.
