Viewing Results For Registered Users

After you have conducted an interview, or a candidate has completed a self-assessment, all results are stored in the system and are available to you at any time.

Where to find results:

After signing in, you land on the Overview page.

  • Purpose: the central dashboard for viewing, searching, and managing all interviews, both scheduled and completed.
  • Main elements, based on the current screenshot:
    • Toolbar: contains buttons for working with records.
      • Edit selected record, or double-click the row, opens the detailed interview card.
      • Copy link copies the unique interview link for sending.
      • Delete selected record.
      • Show/Hide filters opens the search panel.
      • Reset filters.
      • Select all / Clear selection.
      • Refresh data.
    • Interview table: the main list. Each row is one interview. Important columns:
      • Recruiter name / Candidate name / Email: contact details.
      • Specialization / Template / Campaign: interview parameters.
      • Status: Scheduled, In progress, Completed, Under review.
      • Level / Recruiter score: preliminary results.
      • Tasks / Questions: progress, shown as Completed / Total.
  • How to use it:
    • Search: click Show filters to find interviews by candidate, status, specialization, and other parameters.
    • View: for detailed review of results, double-click the row with the required interview. A card will open with tabs such as General information, Technical questions, and Transcript.
    • Manage: use the buttons in the toolbar to manage records in the table. Overview page with interview table

How to open the detailed report:

  1. Find the required interview in the table.
  2. Double-click the row with the interview, or select the row and click Edit selected record in the toolbar.
  3. A page with detailed information will open, including:
    • General information about the candidate and the interview.
    • Technical questions and the candidate’s answers, with AI scores.
    • Transcript, a full text version of the dialogue.
    • Video recording of the interview.
    • Cheating score, for Self-Assessment and P2P interviews.
