What Is Self-Assessment
Self-Assessment is a format for independent candidate testing without recruiter participation. The candidate receives a unique link, opens it, and completes the assessment by answering questions orally or performing practical tasks.
Self-Assessment Features
- does not require recruiter participation;
- the candidate can take the test at a convenient time;
- the system checks answers automatically;
- a detailed report with a level assessment is generated after completion;
- anti-cheating mechanisms are included.
