Clearing cache and cookies in Safari.

How to clear the cache

Option 1: Quick clear using a keyboard shortcut

  1. Open the required page.
  2. Press Command + Option + E and Safari will clear the cache. If the command does not work, enable the Develop menu as described in option 2.

Option 2: Through the interface

  1. In the top menu, select Safari -> Settings, or Preferences.

  2. Go to the Advanced tab and enable the Show Develop menu in menu bar option.

  3. In the top menu, open Develop -> Empty Caches.

  4. Then refresh the page using Command + R.

How to delete cookies

  1. Go to Safari -> Settings -> Privacy -> Manage Website Data.

  2. In the list, find CompetenceIQ.

  3. Select Remove or Remove All if you want to clear all cookies.

Option 3: For iOS, if you take the interview on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the device Settings.
  2. Scroll down and select Safari.
  3. Scroll down to the Clear History and Website Data section.
  4. Tap Clear History and Data and confirm.

After clearing Close the browser and open it again. Go to the interview page.
