CompetenceIQ is an intelligent platform for conducting interviews and assessing candidate competencies. The system uses artificial intelligence to automate hiring workflows, analyze responses, and generate detailed reports.

Main platform capabilities:

• Self-Assessment — the candidate completes the assessment without a recruiter, answering questions verbally or completing practical tasks. The system automatically checks responses and generates a report with a skills assessment.

• Recruiter Interview (P2P) — an interview in the form of a video meeting between the candidate and the recruiter. The AI assistant helps structure the conversation, analyzes the interview flow, and provides recommendations.

• Detailed analytics — after each interview, the system generates a detailed report that includes the grade assessment (Junior/Middle/Senior), dialogue transcription, video recording, and answer analysis.
