Clearing Data in Mozilla Firefox

Clearing cache and cookies in Mozilla Firefox.

Method 1: Quick clear

  1. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser.
  2. Press the keyboard shortcut:
    • Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + Del
    • macOS: Cmd + Shift + Del
  3. The Clear All History window will open.
  4. In the Time range to clear dropdown, select Everything.
  5. Expand the Details list and check the following boxes:
    • Cookies and Site Data
    • Cached Web Content
  6. Click the Clear Now button.

Method 2: Through settings

  1. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click the three-line icon, menu, and select Settings.
  3. In the left menu, select Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  5. Click the Clear Data button.
  6. Check Cookies and Site Data and Temporary Cached Files and Pages.
  7. Click Clear.

After clearing Close the browser and open it again. Go to the interview page.
